Immune-Boost Mushroom Broth

You don't need to be a mushroom expert to make a medicinal mushroom broth.


Mushroom types

You can use a variety of mushrooms including shiitake, baby bella, chantarelles, reishi, porcinis, maitake, oyster, enoki, lion's mane, morel, shimeji, chaga, and more!


Add other Herbs + Veggies

-Onions -Carrots -Bay Leaves -Pepppercorns -Garlic -Ginger

Top with Water and Simmer

Simmer for at least 1 hour.



Drink it, cook with it, or freeze it to have on hand when you need a BOOST!
