Cold Infuse the Tea: In a mason jar or pitcher, add the butterfly pea flowers and marshmallow root to 2 cups of cold water. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight (at least 8-10 hours).
Strain & Prep the Glass: Strain the tea using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
In a glass, muddle the fresh blueberries at the bottom to release their juices.
Assemble & Serve: Pour the cold-infused tea over the muddled blueberries.
Garnish with additional blueberries and optional fresh mint.
Enjoy! Serve as is for a deep blue tea, or add a squeeze of lemon juice for a magical color change!

If you add lemon juice to this iced tea for added flavor, it will turn purple!
