  • 1 Measuring spoon
  • 1 Tea Infuser

Ingredients
  

  • 1 TBSP Fennel
  • 2 TBSP Ginger
  • 2 TBSP Milk Thistle
  • 1 TBSP Turmeric
  • 2 TBSP Peppermint

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Take 2 tablespoons of the mixture and place it in a tea infuser or a tea bag.
  • Heat 1.5 cups of water in a pot or tea kettle until it reaches a boiling point.
  • Turn off the heat and add the tea infuser or tea bag to the water.
  • Let the mixture steep for 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the tea infuser or tea bag and discard.
  • You can add honey or lemon juice to taste, if desired.
  • Enjoy your hangover tea first thing in the morning.

Don't drink more than 3 cups per day.
