Prep the Ingredients: Peel your carrots, lemons, and ginger.
Gather all ingredients and set up juicer. If using a blender, you will also need something to add an additional 1/2 cup of water and use something to strain the final mixture.
Juice all of the ingredients, one by one. I like to add the liquid last to get out all of the pulp and make sure every last drop makes its way into the cup.
Pour your wellness shots into your storage containers.

These shots should last 5 to 7 days in the fridge if stored in a sealed, airtight glass container.
