DIY Zesty Wellness Shots with Turmeric and Peppercorns

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh ginger root chopped
  • 4 fresh lemons
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 TBSP licorice root
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon balm leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric root chopped
  • 1 TBSP black peppercorns
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Ingredients: Peel your carrots, lemons, and ginger.
  • Gather all ingredients and set up juicer. If using a blender, you will also need something to add an additional 1/2 cup of water and use something to strain the final mixture.
  • Juice all of the ingredients, one by one. I like to add the liquid last to get out all of the pulp and make sure every last drop makes its way into the cup.
  • Pour your wellness shots into your storage containers.

Notes

These shots should last 5 to 7 days in the fridge if stored in a sealed, airtight glass container.
